If you're a prospective new client, thank you for getting in touch!  We hope you'll appreciate we get a lot of enquiries and, for maximum efficiency, we'd encourage you to ensure you tell us about the following minimum points:

  1. About you and what you do
  2. Your business - what does it do? How long has it been running? Where is it?
  3. Your products - is there a website? videos? Other stuff that can help us understand better?
  4. A little about your team - how big is it? How did it form?
  5. What kind of help are you looking for from us specifically?
  6. Anything else that might help us to understand your needs and why we might be a good fit together (this last bit is especially important!)
  7. Your contact details (!)
